>wants to learn about buddhism to learn about how to cope with suffering
>all places i go to learn is basically people praising themselves for being such good people and better than others, chinese nationalists (i dont care about that) and some weird indians saying buddhism is "aryan"
Where can i get a good Buddhist teacher so i can cope with suffering?

Yeah i kinda of expected that most discussions in Buddhist forums would be about anti-abrahamism because almost all Buddhists that have english as first language are people that left Christianity. However its kinda boring how when its about coping the posts are all stuff that read like:
"To overcomr Dukka, you have to do the Mahajeboddhituv, which is the aim to become a Bodhisattva, so you can go to Nibbana, but before that its important to perform Duklahamabaganda, so you can..."
I mean i know its an Indian religion but most of their discussions sounds more like circlejerks or political stuff like hating white people or other religions. I just wanna test another method of coping idc about the politcs of Japan or Myanmar

The path to buddhism is fundamentally solitary, your first test will be to stop caring about the political opinions of people who are using the religion to push an agenda

Outside of Buddhist forums which cater to autists, it's overwhelmingly people who grew up Christian, came to hate Christianity and thought they found a religion which is also not a religion in the form of Buddhism
They want Buddhism to be some exotic form of therapy and as the illusion that Buddhism isn't a religion is slowly chipped away they get angry and frustrated
If you go on /r/buddhism you'll see plenty of people who are disillusioned, often quite hurt, when they encounter core parts of Buddhism which are unavoidably religious
A lot of people want to use psychedelics to enhance their progress but in Buddhism it breaks the 5th precept
It's funny because for a lot of people merely having rules is a sin to them
All they want is to be told that they're beautiful people as they are, that they should never feel bad about themselves

just follow the teachings of buddha (but keep in mind that buddhism originated in india so it has a lot of indian/hindu religious and societal concepts which you may not be familiar with) and focus on genuinely being a good person because that's what buddhism is essentially all about

I dont mind Indian concepts. I just dislike when, in English forums, people use terms that can easily translatable, like using an indian term for "water", to a point where half the text is Indian words. It feels more like an attempt of displaying intelligence rather than making an actual point. When i went to Vietnamese sites and used Google translate, no term in particular was hard to understand. Its more a problem in English sites

I dont think Buddhists as people or Buddhism as an institution is much better than the human average, i just wonder if Buddha's teachings are good to cope with life

i get that, but sometimes it's necessary because sanskrit (or prakrit) has words which are not easily translated to english
take the word 'dharma' for example, it can mean either religion or duty depending on context, so you need to know a certain level of sankrit to truly understand the texts
but yeah using sanskrit words for simple words such as water is a bit too much

The core teaching of Buddha is that the more you cling to things, the more you suffer. That's pretty close to Stoicism, which is probably better for you if you're just looking for a secular version of buddhism

from the buddhist perspective, politics is just another form of attachment. People using buddhist forums to push their ideology probably haven't reached enlightenment
