What's the difference between Sahih Muslim, Sahih Bukhari and Al-Sira Al-Nabawiyya by Ibn-Kathir?

They are collections of the prophet's sayings from different sages.
Sahih= "true", the highest grade. It means they verified the chain of narration and are thus, trustworthy.
