I've spent literal hours just sitting still and playing out scenes in my head, it's kinda fun but also feels borderline deranged
My favorite ones are when I go to sleep and I spend an hour imagining myself on Who Wants To Be A Millionaire answering super specific questions about something I learned earlier that day or accepting an award or being on a talkshow
It does get annoying when I just want to sleep and I've got music playing in my head that sounds like it's literally in the next room
