When i hear a french man speaking french man speaking french it sounds overly gay and forced or a turkish man man speaking turkish its like some caveman ooga booga at me but when a woman speaks french its sexy and intriguing and when a woman speaks turkish its alluring and interesting.

I'd say this is more or less typical of maghrebis, we tend to understand middle easterners well because of cultural exposure and because their dialects are somewhat similar to standard arabic, the opposite isn't true though, most of them can't understand us at all

I doubt that Slavic loans in Romanian are statistically relevant when talking about how it sounds like. My limited knowledge about Romanian tells me that it sounds ugly due to its vowel set and how roots changed.
