> Location: Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex, Texas.
> Similar population and density to Marseille, France. An old sleepy beach town on the Mediterrenean.
> Puts over 30k miles every year on his already rapidly depreciating pickup/SUV.
> Gas and car maintenance is an actual monthly expense given this lifestyle

Marseille is fairly busy actually, big port town, 2rd city in France.
Far from a sleepy beach town.

Outside of the port, I don't know how what Marseille produces. It gave off a similar vibe to any number of big "beach ""cities""" on either side of the coast here. I know two people that sold their homes and migrated here from that place because they "couldn't make it big" o algo. Mentally ill retards but I am not saying that to their face.
