Yes you can, if you're under 30 (maybe 35) you can get to Australia on a working holiday visa and there are ways to remain there afterwards, you can go anywhere in Europe, you can go to Québec, there are tons of opportunities as a french citizen, you can start simple by going to ireland or the netherlands, you'll make more money for the same work and it's a 50€ flight away with no visa requirements.
