Basically, Eastern Poorupe is as economically productive now as Western Europe was in its Golden Age before infinity imports of brown and blacks. 20-25 years ago. Most of the growth in Western Europe since then has been based on importing tens of millions of browns and blacks.

Misunderstanding. The PPP numbers work around inflation by comparing what the same “shopping basket” costs in each country in standard units (aka dollars). PPP numbers use a list of goods/services at local prices and derive a PPP value before the nominal figures are used. So you're removing the effect of rising prices in each country for an actual comparison. That's why I included them both. Making it PPP (real) would require applying a base year as the deflation point, which I can do later.
