Did you ever actually believe in Santa at any point?
Like for example when I was a kid I loved Ded Moroz (Russian Santa) and waited for his arrival every new year from the very morning because I liked New Year vibes, the presents, and the tradition. But I never actually believe that he was some kind of real entity, I knew they were just dudes in costumes but it didn't matter to me

Same for me, but when I learned that it was my grandfather who was pretending to be santa every Christmas night i appreciated the whole concept more
