I spent a few months in mexico city before. The majority of the people are extremely kind, this reeks of a small group of loser communists. There aren't even that many Americans in cdmx. There are literally whole ass cities in America that are majority Mexican and they are crying about 1% of the population being american? Lol

This is a process imposed on the working class by a compulsory force (capital). The proletariat, which has been stripped of its land, cant survive without the means of production of the capitalists and thus is forced to move to those geographic places where Capital comples them to.

Expats on the other hand are a priviledged layer of society that have the means to change at will their country of residence, here's there is no compulsory force pushing them to another country. On the contrary, they take advantage of the exchange-value of their money (in this case dollars) vis-a-vis the lesser exchange value of a less developed country

In any case, both indeed affect the working class of the native societies, but hating on the foreigner is not the solution, the solutions is to educate the masses about the objective conditions that allow for such processes to happen, the working class is not dumb nor its hateful, but without leadership it can be led to deadly ideologies like fascism and barbarism (hatred of the strager) as we've seen through hisotyr
