I've heard that Koreans and Chinese try to spot Japanese by looking at their arms, because apparently Japanese have hairy arms while Koreans and Chinese bare totally hairless. Is it true?

Apart from the fact that they are dressed in a particular fashion, it is impossible to tell them apart by their appearance.
After all, we can only judge them by the volume of their voices and the way they walk down the street.

Japanese bow well at all times, including greeting and thanking others
Koreans are westernized, so they often raise their hands in greeting, shake hands, etc.
Chinese have many ethnicities and cultures, so there is no unified pattern.

Koreans who are used to Japanese culture would.
