That's every country. Our gangsters are seen as especially cold blooded by European standards because they will regularly target family members of other gangs and use child soldiers to do their executions. And we still only have a higher murder rate than a single American state.

My neighborhood that I grew up in hasn't had a single homicide in over 3 decades and it's less than 2 miles away from one of the worst neighborhoods in the country
