Funny that a Maygar makes this thread.
I was in Czech,Slovakia and Hungary the last 2 weeks and Budapest was the worst. Budapest is dirty,trash,graffiti,it stinks, cars from the 90´s stinking. Absolute hellhole.Ugly women,gypsies,homeless,junkies everywhere. However Prague is super overcrowded and the drivers are nuts.
On my trip i liked Bratislava the most.

Next week i will visit Poland and i hope Poland is nice.

No idea when you visited Bratislava but they have a new district that looks like Dubai. Also the old town, jewish quarter, old castles. It´s safe and clean for most parts.

I went to Prague last month and thought it was really really pretty. I don't know how you could be disappointed with it unless you had totally unreasonable standards.

A couple months ago.

The old town was quite deserted, though partly because of the weather (0-5C in April). Devin Castle was ok, I liked the castle in Trenčín more. Visegrád I liked more in Hungary as well (visited it a couple days earlier), but mainly due to the short hike required to get there. Bratislava Castle is too modern for me.

i was at the castle in the back. Didnt see any jews but traveling made me somekind of tolerant. So i dont have the urge to do something bad to jews. They came 1000 years ago together with the gypsies to Europe. I guess they are a part of us Europeans now unlike the Africans and Middle Easterns who simply dont belong here
