No all the deer that visit me look pretty healthy. I think I saw one with mange or maybe a bad case of ticks but just the fur was bad.

Hmm CWD has not been detected in my state yet (NH)

I've seen deer while driving in the city I reside in but none that looked diseased addled yet.
