Dandruff shampoo and when you wash your hair it needs to be lukewarm or cold.
Head and shoulders or the knock off will work. The problem is most of us live in places warmer than we are built for.

yea, I believe that nizoral is for the fungal infection called Seborrheic Dermatitis while head and shoulders uses zinc pyrithione, which honestly doesn't do shit

apply apple cider vinegar
wash your head
