It's neither of them. Their states only got as big as they did with the multiculti meme. "Han Chinese" is not an actual race, it's a bunch of them joined up to enforce a unity of sorts. India is similar but arguably even more diverse.

Yeah I don't like either of them. They share all the same bad qualities to varying degrees. India is obviously the worst, but China isn't far behind.
