Disliking this is a great indicator of being easily manipulated by internet propaganda

This is the main global institution that's pro-consumer, pro-common-man in contrast to being an institution that's about subjugating common people. Even non-members constantly benefit from it

I'm so grateful that the EU uses its central bank currency to bribe our politicians into accepting regulations like the CAP that destroyed millions of jobs in my country.
I love when Germans use the central bank to give themselves money that later goes to their corporations that buy our corporations and often re-localize production to Germany.
Isn't it amazing how big Wolkswagen has gotten ever since the Euro came by?
I love it when regulations force our factories to change the standards of production for all kinds of goods, forcing them to spend millions of euros, and it just so happens these standards were how they were doing it in Germany so they don't have to eat that cost.

I love it when all the unemployment figures caused by all these regulations result in a money package of tens of billions of euros for "education" and "training" of the workforce, and a significant part of these funds are funneled in hundreds of corruption schemes that the EU turns a blind eye to. Thank you for subsidizing corruption!

I love it that the salaries for our specialized skilled workers are lower than minimum wage in Germany or France.
I love it when my countrymen are forced to live in cramped apartments they don't own while other europeans hoard prime real estate and price us out of living in our own country.

Really, being in the EU is such a boon for everyone and this is totally not a hostage situation held together with bribes coming from a central bank.

I learned today that geodata (used by science and commercial firms for planning and land development, but also by environmental activists etc.) used to be sold by towns and states for between 20,000 and 600,000 euros. Then the EU passed a law that basically data that was gathered using tax money has to be published free of any cost. Now you can download official plans, maps, road nets, infrastructure maps etc. etc. for free, thanks to the EU.

The EU either needs to federalise HARD within the next 10 years or they need to fuck off.
This parallel government style that they are doing right now is worthless.

A good first step is a united EU Army and they will never get another chance that is better to do that than right now with the Russia shit happening.
If they fail to capitalise on this moment the EU deserves to fuck off and die.

I'm in principle in favor of a pan European institution like the EU, but the current one is obviously very flawed.
The biggest problem with it is that rather being based around shared traditions, history, respecting different European peoples and protecting them it's instead based around "modern liberal values" and is trying to impose them on every member state.
(i.e. every human is the same and cultures, ethnicities or gender don't matter, which especially the recent Muslim mass migration has shown is obviously untrue)
It obviously also has many other problems like how it recently started to become more authoritarian by trying to limit privacy and free speech.
