ZorinOS, it looks nice out of the box and it's user friendly in that it works similar to Windows based OS

Ubuntu, it's pretty generic but supports most of everything. Switched because of new Windowses.

Switching back to windows has been the best decision I've made in the last 10 years.
Just being able to double click stuff is very nice

debian and ubuntu
If you like minimalism and privacy, know how to use a console and dont need many proprietary applications debian. Otherwise ubuntu. Havent tried any other distros

I'm still on Windows 10 but planning to switch to Linux this month. I hate Windows 11.

Thinking of going with Linux Mint as I haven't used it before.

Windows also existed in the early 2010's. What kind of argument is that? Also typical reasons to switch to linux are that people dont like the bloatware and spyware on windows, you have older weaker hardware or that you dont want to pay for your os.

I really don't want to pass to 11, but moving to a program I used for around 10 years to a new one that's slightly worse in many key areas is painful, especially since I use it to work
Overall it's not bad but there are a bunch of tiny little issues that really bother me, the only thing can think to do is to have a windows virtual machine

I changed from Arch and Ubuntu to W11 last month and it's such a fucking relief.
Four years of Linux was enough for me.
