I started talking with gringos on Xbox back in 2016 or 2017 because of this game. Though I suspect I knew English for at least 3 or 4 years before that.

I grew up in a small shithole town and had no friends. So around age 12-13 (around 2003-2004) I asked my dad if I could have his old work pc and he said yes.
From that moment on I was gaming, talking with people online and having fun everyday.
No. I will not stop.

why would I ever stop? it's quite edifying. your mental illness does not scare me, I've been around the block for decades at this point

It made 4chan look like amateur hour.
No moderation, no rules, no fucks given.
Just a bunch of chronically online 80's kids/teens like myself posting and talking about everything.
There was game cheat discussions next to cooking tips next to porn posting (and cp) with random shit sprinkled in between. Of course Spray bought it in 2000 and mods killed the site.
I went on a soul searching mission and eventually after a few years found 4chan.
Wasn't the same, a bit watered down but better than Lunarstorm and other weak shit that took over in Sweden.

And no. I will not stop. The internet is my home.
