thanks for the recommendation. I'll probably be in Israel in autumn and/or spring again, I'll keep Montfort in mind. Haven't been to the north yet at all.

There's a bunch of cool crusader sites in the north (Hunin, Yehiam) but Montfort is special, best to go in autumn when there's no mud and you can do the hike trail
I've actually been to Toledo and Cordoba too and they're really impressive
