That’s literally the main reason, besides the accent and smell. Jews, Muslims, Blacks and Latinx are 100x worse in behavior and general impact on society but they get less hate (at least here) because they are not as much of an eye sore. I'm beginning to realize this as well. Indians just look and sound really gross for whatever reason, so everything they do looks bad due to the halo effect. I think the only way to improve the reputation of Indians is by using Crisper and making the next generation taller and lighter skinned, and training them to speak with an American accent.

There was a girl in my class trying to learn something from an Indian on YouTube and she immediately started giggling and wincing, even though the video itself was not bad.

I think the whole Hindutva/caste argument is just mental gymnastics to justify why Indians are bad. At least 60 percent of the reason is because Indians look and sound unattractive. 40 percent of the reason is poverty and pollution.

I think we're quite attractive when we take care of ourselves/aren't malnourished without resorting to make-up or plastic surgery like a lot of other groups do. Unfortunately beauty culture is seen as distraction from studies so 95% of Indians studycel their youth away
