There was one annoying guy in my hs with a typical Serbian last name.
Those were all born and raised in my town or wider metro area.
All my other experience with Serbs is from interacting with store employees, delivery men and so on, you can tell they're from Serbia by how they speak and sometimes look.
Also one time I visited Serbia for 2 days but I had minimal interaction with the locals.
