I wouldn't say it's a dream, but it's pretty common for british tourists to go to the amazon and the pantanal (wetlands) for the fauna and flora.
Of course, you have to be a bit deranged to go to the middle of nowhere like that.

Jokes aside.
Those are caimans, not alligators. And that species of caiman is small and not that strong, even by caiman standards. In summary, capybaras are not on their menu. Those small caimans usually eat fish, insects, and small mammals.
A capybara would never be that chill near a black caiman on the other hand.

Yep. Here some people feed them which ends up attracting a lot of them to a particular area. Easy way to start a beef with your neighbors.

VERY loud
We have them too, invasive specie that arrived here years ago and got acclimated well due to warmer temperatures and Italy becoming the Sahara in summer.
I like them bt they prefer to hang in high trees, you hear them but never see them.

I live in a big city, so no macaws or parrots, but there's one vulture couple and one sparrow hawk couple that live on the rooftops of the buildings in my condominium. They don't usually make a lot of noise, but the vultures and hawks are always competing with each other to see who can kill the most pigeons and smaller birds.

Chickens originate from my region. We still have wild chickens (jungle fowl) that can still fly, though they can only do it poorly. Muh austronesian ancestors and spread chickens throughout the world. There's evidence of pre-Columbus chicken bones in Chile, suggesting Austronesian sailors brought chicken to South America and traded with native South Americans for yams.

Depends on the species. Sulphur crested cockatoos are notoriously loud and destructive, whereas grass parrots are quiet and shy. YMMV.
