I heard that many Germans and Brits behave like subhuman in Spain. People take off their masks when they go abroad. This is probably because Germans and Brits look down on Spanish people and look down on Spain. They probably don't act like that in Northern Europe. Most South Koreans and Japanese also keep discipline and don't act bad when they travel to Europe, but they often behave badly when they travel to Southeast Asia or China, which are less economically developed than their own countries.

You are right but this thing exists in all forms, across ethnicities and all professions.
