Once I saw some troubled teens at Kroger's hanging about near the shopping cart area and they took one of the shopping carts and pushed on it really hard so that it rolled all the way across the parking lot. Luckily the shopping cart didn't hit anyone's car. There were three of them so I didn't say anything.

We can use our 1 denar coins(1/60 euro converted) in place of the 1 euro ones in greek supermarkets because they have similar sizes, always did when we went to vacation there and we always returned it. Actually I need a shopping cart to carry my Pfandflasch so I usually take one from the entrance and return back to my car which is annoying
