go down south more by the border at imperial beach pier it's LITERALLY IMPOSSIBLE to fish because there are so many people

ocean fishing is highly regulated. there are size limits for fish that are pressured heavily to ensure they can reproduce to healthy amounts. idk what you're on about; there are plenty of fish to be had. even at crowded jetties. san diego is fantastic fishing all around
