I'm a fuckup who's almost 25, with absolutely no idea what I'm doing in life. I always seem to make the wrong life decisions, and fuck-up working towards my goals. I can't keep doing this, I'm getting fucking old. FUCK!

Has this, does this, or will this occur in your nation-state?

How? I've tried praying regularly for a period of my life, but I never seemed to feel anything, or get any help.

I'd like to think I am. I'm not saint or hero, but I try to do right by those I encounter, and who are around me. I couldn't doing anything else, guilt almost never leaves me if I do wrong.

The only time I've been able to get into a "sigma grindset" is with Adderall. Otherwise, I get a few good hours of work, and then my sadness just drains the rest of my energy out of me.

life at it's core is very simple, find a trade you can tolerate and find some hobby to spend your free time on, having a crappy car to get you from A to B also helps

I've got that I suppose, I just feel like it isn't enough. Like I have FOMO on life. Socialization is the most important thing in life, and that is the biggest thing I'm behind on. Also, I wanna live in a heckin' walkable cityerino, so a car isn't too important to me.

the only advice I can really give in regards to being social is try to be honest when talking to people with how you think and feel, for a long time I had second thoughts and always curated what I was about to say, it made social interactions stiff and created a wall between me and whoever I was talking to, I did this without realizing it and it stemed from poor self-confidence, being honest unironically is one of the most important things in life, being dishonest will punish you in the end, physically or mentally
>tldr: just be yourself

I'm low-mid tier as far as American mental stability goes. We've evolved past such frivolous things as "sanity".

Germans don't suffer. I stayed at a Hostel in Berlin, and there are so many social opportunities in Germany. That being said, I'm sorry you feel sad like me, utilize the lovely opportunities your country has.

Americans are much more open and outgoing and its easier to socialize.
A hostel in Berlin is like the least spiritually German place you could visit.

god, stop whinging like a pathetic runt. Nobody knows what the fuck they are doing and those who pretend to just have a bigger ego. I'm 27 and I could be scared and sad like you or I could be proud ive made it this far, proud of the memories ive made, continue devoting time to bettering myself and keep looking forward to the future with optimism.

It's easy to be a sad weakling, chose the hard route and become a man that you feel proud to represent. I've been through a hell of a lot and come out stronger every time. An easy life wont make you become a good man.

It literally does not matter. You're not the first person to lead the pointless life of a loser, and you certainly won't be the last. Find something to do to keep the existential dread away, and you'll get by.

There is tangible scientific evidence that 'venting' and rumination is cognitive poison, unlike what pop psychology would have you believe. It's better for the brain if you suck it up and get on with things, instead of locking yourself into a flagellating thought-loop.
