Ive had so many stories about that.
In my former company i used to work right next to hr. Every time i went they were all recording shit in the break room and noone was at her desk.
Also they would walk around the company looking for shit to report. They even fired a guy because one of their friends told them he hit on her (he invited her for coffee over teams).

Got fired from a company that makes aluminium or aluminum parts for furniture and machines, i questioned the purpose and need for HR when talking to my boss.
Not even he could explain the purpose but felt attacked like he isnt in control of his company and he doesnt know what he is doing.
She wasnt an infertile entitled american cunt, but a cunt nonetheless.
During the argument that resulted in me getting fired, i asked her what the fuck does she know about cutting metals to tolerances on any of the machines downstairs, what are the names and purposes of the machines and how long does it take to train a fresh out of hischool kid that can tie his own shoelaces to do the job.
Ofcourse she had no idea.
Its a bullshit job that shouldnt exist.
Marketing is another thing, fucking hire a woman with gigantic tits to ride around and advertise and sell parts in large quanTities and you will get astronomical sales, your shit will be resold for a margin later on, sure, women have a place in the workforce, they can and will prove themselves, even at heavy machinery, there will always be a stray girl who is competent and good at something.
HR however is a made up bullshit job that serves absolutely no purpose or meaning.
Nobody can explain what HR actually does that a normal boss or shift manager can, even the boss has to know everything a little at least and a shift manager earns the position.
I didnt even know the place had HR until i got a legit retard to train in using a lathe that can kill literally EVERYONE in the workshop if something goes wrong, i get a drooling retard that cant subtract numbers or use a calculator, i shit you not, he didnt know how to use a calculator.
As the owners of shitty companies dotted across this shithole lose normal workers which they dont want to pay properly, already started importing jeets and pakistanis to replace them, pay for accommodations and give them shitty pay which they send home to jackfuckistan or whatever
