I did the top gear thing and rode a motorcycle through Vietnam. I rode through a main road just like that to get out of the city. I stopped to get gas and dropped all my dongs like an idiot and all the people and gas station attendants were helping me pick it up and gave it back to me. It's actually extremely beautiful once you make it out of the city.
