Declining birthrates by themselves are fine if every country has them (less people with same natural resources => more resources per person), its only a problem because the Politicians™ elected by (((Democracy))) insist on coddling boomers at any cost, be that taxing the young generation into poverty or important 10 trillion foreigners to wipe their asses
