Where do you read history? on Reddit? Austria did not consult us before declaring war on half the world, neither did Germany. PACTA SUNT SERVANDA. By 1915, the treaty was void and we had no reason to ally with losing powers who didn't want to make any concessions. (Austria still wanted to take more Italian land, go figure)
