I'm 28 and my parents know I'm a fuck up
I managed to get a job, I'm the definition of underemployed, but I got a job and my parents are incredibly relieved and just want me to save up my money to be able to not end up homeless after they die, starving on the street
Now my parents are constantly asking me how my shift went, it's basically the only topic we talk about now because in the past talking to my parents was terrifying and it was like walking on eggshells
Likely there will be no possible way I can claw my way back to where most people are my age, it's just not possible
In terms of job history to get better jobs, social skills which will help me with employment, savings for retirement, savings, rental history, investments, debt, etc I'm permanently handicapped
