I suffer, believe me. I get one extra week of paid vacation as compensation for not getting overtime pay. I can come and go as I please, but in practice that means staying 12 hours most days and working weekends if need be. This is not an uncommon arrangement for management professionals here. Being the boss isn't all it's cracked up to be.
