Owning a house is essentially free in third world
Requires three years salaries in the second
And 10-15 years salary in the first world

But somehow these hordes still continue to migrate here

Worst part about this map is that Japan has so many open homes at affordable prices, but everybody has to live in the middle of Tokyo because working from home just doesn't exist there.

this is odd, supporting working from home would breathe new life into the dying areas of Japan and would probably boost birthrates as people would have a home and more money to afford kids.
However they still have to pack themselves into offices in major cities because....?

to be fair, owning a house is only cheaper if you want to live there for at least a decade or so
if you intend to move around, then you might as well rent

Boomers sell their homes to Black Rock who then resells it at a higher price all while our government imports third worlders into our countries to keep up with the ponzi scheme known as social security.

This is fake news. We thirdies have to live with the worst of both worlds, high prices but low wage and shit society.
We aren't breeding either, third world birth rates are below replacement but firstoids keep accusing us of having kids.

This is a good thing, it means that we have lots of wealth stored in real estate, which goes to fund taxes, and allows job creators to use their wealth to employ people

The Duality of Brits
But I do agree that it would breathe life into smaller communities. People no longer have to leave their family to have a career. But this is asking old Japanese men to change something, and those fuckers still use fax machines.

Japan and Korea are too concentrated in their capital cities. The rest of the 1st world imports way too many migrants and gives their rich too much power. No idea what's going on in Türkiye.

>>212852645
That's because you guys are like China 1990. The economy is getting ready to rocket so the connected elites have already taken all the land. You also have millions of rich Chinese looking to stash their money away from Xi's hands. You're in for some interesting times. I hope you profit, Vietanon.
