okay this thread presents some solid points, but has a big black nigro ever tongued your einos
didn't think so
sometimes you must simply contend with the fact that your einos will remain untongued by a voluminous thoroughly-pigmented individual
not in the comfort of your own dwelling
not even when your parents have vacated the premises of their own
and you must simply suck it on and just move on

I loathe giving money to landlords, I find it immoral, like I'm giving money to a bunch of parasites, this guy has a property and can profit passively from it, while I need to work to give the hard earned cash to the human version of a tapeworm.

We should unironically copy the soviet housing system and give apartments FOR FREE to young people, imagine all the capital that would be freed to be invested in economically useful things (be it starting companies/businesses or just more consumer spending, etc) instead of giving so much wasted capital to leeching boomers

I was very pro-western style "move out as soon as possible", but after marriage and having a child I moved back in with my parents. It's just way easier on all of us to live together and help each other. More money stays in the family, the kid gets 24/7 attention, my parents aren't lonely like most older people are. I think moving out early is a trap

kek they wanted to oblige the landlords to put their houses on the renting market in case they were not being used. This didnt got thru, oblviously.
Even more kek worthy; They wanted to put afordble housing, state sponsored, in the market, gave themselfs milion of euros to do it, only achieve 10% of their established plan in 2 of the 5 years it was suposed to have done it.
Even those stooopid plans are not suposo to cover sgnificant house coverage, by their own accont.

To makes things just, they also started to demolish ghettos, and didnt even gave this ppl second housing, even after leaving in this places for more than 20 years in some cases.
