The only hard part about training natty is having the motivation to push yourself hard enough that you build muscle. You won't see meaningful gains unless you're going to failure on most sets and consistently increasing the weight of your lifts. That's what ultimately causes a lot of people to give up on natty lifting, because they're lazy faggots who can't understand why they aren't jacked yet after a year of half assed gym sessions.
