Spanish and Japanese FLs have no excuse for struggling with pronouncing "sh" and "r". They're easy sounds to make.

Both "th" sounds exist in Peninsular Spanish. Once again I commend you not to consume Latin American stuff or listen to Latin American people.

Th is easy. It's the same concept as the F-sound but instead of lightly blowing air between your lower lip and your upper teeth, you lightly blow air between the tip of your tongue and your upper teeth.
