We don't get many Africans here. In the 2010s, there was a huge wave of Nigerian "international students" who came to Malaysia. Most of them were scammers or funnily, being scammed by our private for profit colleges. There were so many Nigerians that they set up their own communities, shops, bars, restaurants. However, when their dictator forbade transferring money out of Nigeria, it all came crashing down and they all left Malaysia. Most Malaysians interaction with Africans were with those Nigerians.
