Do you have a shitty sleep schedule in your country? In my country I wake up at night and go to sleep at day and I'm always tired and unable to do anything but goon browse 4chan and play games in my country. Does this happen in your country?

Sleeping 8 hours a day at normal hours feels like night and day(heh), it's almost an irl exploit if you're a depressed loser.

Run in the sun, you'll feel sleepy at night, it's a self-fixing problem.

I spent 4 hours outside yesterday digging holes and planting some plants I bought. I got a minor sunburn even. I should be tired I'm just not. I don't get it I have these cycles of no sleep and oversleeping, never just normal 24 hour cycle. Melatonin works but it makes me feel hung over.

I start work in the afternoon until 11pm or so and spend the night awake, then I sleep from 6am to 2pm or so. Rinse and repeat for like 7 years now.

Depends on the time of year.
Summer, barely any darkness.
>never really tired until I suddenly crash
>sleep 3-4 hours at most, awake again for 5-6 hours, crash and sleep a couple hours, repeat

In winter it's completely different. Dark most of the day.
>normal energy levels
>get tired gradually after being awake for 12-15 hours
>sleep solid 8-10 hours without waking up
>night or day doesn't matter, same shit outside anyway
