Childhood trauma, being bullied abused and or neglected is THE prime cause of BPD
Going to therapy sounds scary or "unmasculine" but its just you talking to your therapist, it has helped alot of people

I thought I was too passive and so I tried messaging girls I like and just casually talking about things nort related to uni or work but it ends up the same way and they eventually ignore you or don't initiate like male friends.
Only one girl has ever talked to me personally over messages about sex or wanting to sex with me and I met her on tidner but she lives in another town and I never met her personally despite offering to come during the 5 months we talked. But she has a big sexual past which she told me in detail and is probably a bit mentality ill seeing how she is still single and can't keep a relationship just hookups which she's tired off.
I only jumped on dating apps because I cope with how my crush started ignoring me but after I eventually started getting ignored by other girls and again by my crush after trying I just gave up. I realize that I lose all willingness to talk to or interact with other girls (besides my crush) after jacking off and she had hurt me a bit too much by now so I'm trying to convince myself that I don't like her because she's not how I thought she was.
