>>212969277 (OP) >>212969334 eat less CALORIES, while eating MORE food. Avoid trash food that makes you binge, try frozen fruits and shit like that, gum, coffee, etc.
>>212970564 Frozen veggies is top tier. Green peas, broccoli, peppers and similar stuff. It's dirt cheap, lasts forever and you can just boil it in 5 minutes and chomp it down.
>>212969277 (OP) a proper diet does a lot but you have to stick with it, pick any one you want because that doesn't really matter and like I said the regiment of it is the biggest factor
>>212969277 (OP) Count calories. Put a hard daily limit like 1200 or whatever fits you and keep to it.

i've said it before, but get rid of soft drinks entirely or at least get the sugar free version, and only eat in an 8 hour window. crash diets don't work so don't bother

getting on a bike
it's easier than peddling at home because your brain associates the distance with goals. like you see where you need to be and think like okay once I get there then I can slow down and rest. it feels effortless and it builds your quads (the largest muscle group in your body) which causes you to burn insane calories at rest. it is inadvertently and effortlessly HIIT training which works better for weight loss than any other type of exercise
riding a bike is a lifehack. you can even do it at night when nobody is around, just buy a chinese USB headlight/taillight set on amazon
>>212971208 huh. i've heard swimming is the best way and i can see why, your body needs to heat itself in half warm water while you exercise and your joints don't get fucked up because the water supports your body, but cycling in a way is in the same nature. running when you're a lardass sounds like a good way to fuck up your knees but yeah 4chan science, don't take it at face value
basically because water is such a good conductor of heat it always pulls heat away from your body at such a high rate that you burn calories in overdrive trying to maintain it
I believe it but few people here have access to a pool, especially one big enough to actually swim in
