You missed the part where our cities started declaring themselves sanctuary cities decades ago, allowed open drug use and tent cities to form. All items in convenience stores being locked up, gated neighborhoods with barbed wire, and private police are on the same path to South Africanization. This is literally just the next logical step.

Property taxes are state taxes not federal taxes therefore they do go to local things and often time correlate to the quality of things in a given area. Not that I mind using money to get Israelis to buy more American weapons than they would normally.
