i dont like eating raw fish but only eat sushi made with ishidai. the oil and rich flavour of that fish are several times stronger than salmon and tuna belly. idk if other countries consume that fish

The authentic stuff is pretty bland, let's be honest, but there are fusion buffets here that make it using unholy amounts of crab, shrimp and sauces, that sushi hits hard.
