Personally i think VAT and stuff like it is fine since oligarchs and others can’t dodge it, there is no way around it

they can cook the books on corporate tax, revenue, investments, buybacks etc leading to 0% tax year over year, but they cannot avoid 25% VAT on operating costs, services, supplies etc, so they end up paying like the rest of us
