World would most likely be divided on an Anglo vs Continental Europe alignment.

The more difficult countries to speculate on would be Russia and Japan. Russia would lose the war which would probably inevitably result in the loss of the Tsar but depending on when the war ended that Lenin fellow might not be back there, either way it probably would end up being some kind of radical anti-monarchist state. Japan is another weird one because they were on the Anglo side during WWI but after they lost they might try to gobble up the Pacific earlier sensing western weakness or easily could try to align more closely with the Anglos to take away Continental European possessions like Indochina or the Dutch East Indies in the inevitable Second World War clash of this timeline.
