At my last job I got a formal complaint from a client because I would constantly shit talk Russia. One of my coworkers is ex army and we'd loudly watch videos of the current war and call Russians retards in a common area. Someone complained about anti-Russian rhetoric and my boss said I have to stop shit talking Russians. I straight up said no and he just laughed and said OK and I never got in trouble for it.
