You ain’t learning shit if you go to a class, your better off studying by yourself and paying some tutor to teach you one on one from time to time, the best way to keep going is setting short term goals like learning radicals after you have done the kanas and learning a set amount of new words/phrases in a given time.

You don't have to go to a class, just do anki and read grammar guides by yourself, then get to a point where you barely know enough Japanese to read a simple visual novel with a texthooker and a dictionary really slowly, and just keep reading and improving from there. This is what worked for me, after seven months of learning I am able to comfortably read and enjoy visual novels (while looking up unknown words with a texthooker and popup dictionary), and I was even able to recently have a conversation with someone in Japanese, despite having never spoken out loud in Japanese before. I'm sure I made a lot of mistakes, and I wasn't particularly fast at speaking, but I was still able to say what I wanted to say. If a retard like me can get as far as I have, then so can you. Learn kana using https://djtguide.github.io/learn/kana.html (click show/hide options, start with one column, add a new column each time you feel confident)
Download anki
Download the wanikani ultimate 3: tokyo drift anki deck (for learning kanji and vocab). You have to download it from discord. If you google you'll find a link to the discord on reddit.
Download the Japanese Like A Breeze anki deck (for learning grammar) and the associated jlab add-on that lets you change the cards from romaji to kana to kanji as needed
Refer to Tae Kim's grammar guide when you're confused
Tips:
Do not just try to brute force read straight through Tae Kim's grammar guide. It's better as a reference when you want to learn something specific.
Skip learning to write kanji. It takes an enormous effort for very little benefit. Just try to get to a point where you can read them. You can learn to write them whenever you want later on.
jpdb.io is good for finding content at your difficulty level
Finally, and most importantly, watch an enormous amount of anime all day every day and fall in love with anime girls to keep your motivation going
