Ok let's clear this up. We don't have a dress code at work, everyone's wearing shorts in summer. The girl who is at the reception came up to my desk and just advised me that even though we don't have a dress code, some might find my shorts too short. She did not tell me to go home or change shorts, she does not have the authority to do that, she just thought it would be a better idea. Btw I had my 1:1 with my manager (located in Denver) that day, and he didn't mention anything about this, there were no waves, and I didn't expect any. Btw this is what I normally wear
