Better stop while you can I just had one shitty day in 2020 november and it spiraled out of control. Thankfully I have grown two braincells and reduced intake until finally ceasing. I have lorazepam and disulfiram at my disposal, one for sleep the other for punishing the brain for being retarded so I can weather this much easier. Professional help for that in Lithuania is very bad so you need a DIY approach.

Generally coping with this stuff is not worth it. It is just a cope for problems that can't be solved regardless and makes everything worse. A fatalist view to some but I believe it to be more pragmatic. Sometimes your life and brain are just fucked up, it is best to accept it and find ways to do right with the handicaps instead of trying to raw dog yourself in to the normie mold. Psychological issues while not being seen by the naked eye are just as real as those of severe trauma or disability.
