I saw a Tic Tac UFO once in the sky when I was standing in formation outside of an AFB i California but given it was a military base it was probably more likely a high-tech govt. craft than an ayy lmao.

yes but they're either not nearly as intelligent as people or self-destruct before they reach other planets plus the barrier of the speed of light, so in short we're never gonna meet them so it's useless to dwell on that

why would they be? we haven't found a single evidence for intelligent life, no signals, absolutely nothing, and being intelligent enough is incredibly rare as it took like 4 billion years to produce humans while simple insentient lifeforms are vastly more common
but even if they were somehow intelligent enough the distances are practically impossible to overcome
