Who makes the better sausages?

for us Americans, the obvious answer is Italy. we don't eat any German sausages (on average).

For us Americans the obvious answer is Germany.

Brats and Frankfurters are very common here.

Italian Genoa Salami isn't as good as German Hard Salami.

Yeah we put italian sausage on pizzas and sometimes eat them on buns, but they aren't as common as the humble hotdog/frankfurter.

the style from the ones I've eaten is very different
I obviously prefer the sausage from where I live here in Siena, you can eat it raw, cooked, it's always good.
